In preparation for the release of his new album, Eminem is looking skinny and reports have it that he’s cut out alcohol and lost 28 pounds in the process.
He also works out on a treadmill regularly and runs when he can. The Mirror says his show riders these days include skinless chicken, seafood platters, fruit, vegetables, mixed nuts and mineral water. Good for him.

- BLOOD: Alcohol reduces your body’s ability to produce blood cells resulting in anemia and/or infections.
- MUSCLES: Alcohol can cause muscle weakness, including the heart muscle.
